Preaching to the choir here but it sure would be nice if eBay could accommodate sellers needs by extending the time frame to access scan forms records.
I can access shipping labels back 90 days but only 7 days for scan forms. Would it be difficult for eBay to program the change to allow both to be accessible for 90 days or preferably longer through Sales records in Seller Hub? Currently scan forms are only available for me to view in bulk shipping for the past 7 days.
Some here have noted the seller has to move digital copies to their own records or print them.
Providing sellers with a longer easy access to both labels and scan forms in Seller Hub would be appreciated.
