USPS not scanning PWE

In regards to selling trading cards. I’m having issues with my local USPS not scanning of my PWE. Idk if they just don’t think there is anything to scan for tracking but has anyone ever gotten the tracking stickers from like neopost and used those trackings vs eBay’s tracking number for the PWE labels? Is that something that would work and might fix this issue? Thanks!

The local post office does not scan these, they are scanned at the regional facilities.

Right, the ESE's are not scanned at your PO.

They don't get scanned until they reach a sorting center (or whatever they are called) and if the buyer is close, that might be the only place it gets a scan.
