Good Afternoon
We have over the Lst two Months exprienced a LArge sales drop which is continuing and getting worse every day.
Our Listing impressions are done 10% on both minths so essentially down 20% overall in two months.
We have had numerous buyers stating that they are unable to repeat buy more than one item.
The sales and listing impressions are down on all out best selling items. We are a professional hair and beauty supplier so sales stay levelled most of the year until Xmas, however we would historically see a increase from now and are actually decreasing.
Ebay seem to change things regualry which im constatnly having to update, is this having a isse ?
We are ot nieve to think that we wouldnt from time to time have a reduction on sales on certain times throughout the year, however currently the drop is site wide on 100's of our best sellers
Any one help as ebay are useless ?

It's been pretty slow on my end too. What bothers me most is that Brand names that I have listed before that always get lots of views, are now getting less then half. Have the buyers left town??

It could be the case that Ebay has a glitch, e.g., its search engine, which may have decreased sales.
It could be due to the competition within Ebay sellers, but also outside of the site, i.e., the competition coming from other online vendors.
Or, it could be that people are saving money now in order to make purchases during the Holiday season. So, some people, not only they are waiting to save money, but also because they are aware that during the holiday season there are going to be various discounts.
The list may go on and on ad infinitum, since the potential reasons leading to this situation are various and, more or less, interdependent.

My sales have dropped in last 2 months and Oct was horrible. I usually always always have daily sales but having no sales for days here and there. I definitely see a change?? 😞

My sales came to a halt this week, aside from a multi-item sale to one buyer on 10/30 and 10/25, it's been slow. I have 800 items and normally move 4-6 items a day and it's like 1-2 items and more frequent 0 sale days. Very "feast or famine" pattern.
When it's slow I notice new listings show a view count of "1" for days. When sales are good my view count is "3" to "5" views immediately upon publishing the listing.
I searched your seller name on the desktop version of eBay, "0 results". However, the app shows 1099 active listings.
IMO, this says a lot. More than likely ties in with all of the bugs encountered on site this week between indexation, caching, broken images, image upload directory and file path problems, etc.

Same here sell auto parts and our sales plunged 75% in October. Over 10k 100% feedback etc these past 2 months have been horrible especially October where we had to let people go due to lack of sales. eBay just plain SUCKS and will get only worse once they roll out their new payment system Been here since 1998 time to go find business elsewhere, goodbye eBay executive!
