Sales Reports Plus is Toast?????

My subscriptions to sales reports plus have disappeared on both my accounts.

Anyone else checked theirs in the last day or so?

Ours is still stuck back in May and we are now in the Month of August. Waiting for Ebay to update so we can finish closing the books. We have all our reports from all our other sites including Paypal but just waiting on Ebay.

I asked about them on the last weekly chat and was told they were aware of a problem. They didn't say they were ending.

Hi @papermoneyforme - I would double check your account and login site. 

If you are using your CA registered account and logged into .com you wouldn't see your sales reports plus subscription unless you had opened that subscription on .com. 

There is no plan to discontinue Sales Reports Plus, and I don't have any indication that you have been unsubscribed. Thanks!

I checked my Canadian ID on .ca and checked my US ID on .com and has disappeared from the account section as well as the selling tools in Seller Hub and nothing.

I will recheck this afternoon and see if it is a glitch

Check your manage subscriptions page too (link here), as that will be the definitive location where your subscriptions are recorded.

I have the same problem ! Now I have gone from Until June 22 to Until June 29 on the weekly chart, but still only have Up Until May on the monthly. And apparently, NO ONE know when June will drop. Or whether they will always be this far behind from now on. I assume that Ebay is aware of this problem (I HOPE).
