Sales Large Drop This Month - Why?

I have not made any changes in my listings or changed any items I am selling.  However, this past month my Sales have dropped over 40%.  Before they would varied +/- about 10%.  Anyone else have this problem? Any Ideas?

I'm also in this same boat.  I'm not sure if ebay has some sort of glitch causing this or what.  Something is really fishy though.. before this managed payments kicked in for me this last month, I was selling 5-10 items a day for months and months.  Now all the sudden, im lucky to get 1 sale a day.. I dont know what has happened, but I guarantee its not just because sales slow in the summer time.  I think ebay is just losing hundreds of thousands of customers due to these horrific changes they have implemented.

I went into Managed Payments last week and my sales have really increased. I can only see 13 items for your listings that is not that many. Maybe you need to list more?

The cheerleaders will make every other possible excuse but the primary problem is the changes eBay made to search and categories in the spring update.  

eBay has always had an issue with the servers simply unable to handle the traffic they get, causing sort of rolling blackouts where your listing is more visible in some parts of the country than others.  I've noticed for years how when I have multiple sales they typically will all be in one or two regions of the country.  If I sell one item to state X, typically I sell two or three to that state or nearby states.  

I think what is happening now is sometimes your listings really aren't visible to anyone, anywhere.  No hits = no sales.   It's happening to too many people across too many categories to be anything else.

Managed Payments would not be affecting sales, but what postingid  said ^^^^^ is pretty much spot on, so many glitches, so many changes, so many things just not working right at the moment.

Add in the fact that my sales always drop like a rock over the summer and... situation normal (you know the rest of the phrase).  It's hard to tell sometimes what the normal mass exodus and what's a system glitch.

Normal and I have predicted this result already,as these current month is off-season,hope it will be recovered again in September

Managed Payments could certainly be affecting sales.  I used to sell casually on eBay, but I refuse to switch to managed payments.  Since I can't sell on eBay without giving them my banking information, I will no longer make any purchases either.  I know at least a couple other members in the same boat.  It's a shame, I used to spend a lot of money supporting the community, but it's not a community these days.  eBay doesn't listen to what members want anymore.

Summer for us, usually really slows down.  Back to School items already out in B&M stores. 

Use the slower times to tweek, add item specifics and list, list, list.....Good luck!

I am using FB , Instsgram and everything i can because ebay is not working. Its been two months my sales dropped . Also my fees increased a lot with the managed payments. I am happy that Ebay will start to lose clients over the years thanks to niche market sites.
