All of a sudden...Can’t find payouts dashboard

I used to click on the selling hub and then the tab that says “Payments” to find my payout information (recent payouts, pending payouts, total in seller account). Now it just brings me to my payment options. Am I missing something?

When I click on the Payments tab, it gives me a drop down of other options, like All Transactions. Yours doesn't?

It gives those options, but each one leads to the same place.
