Can someone tell me SIMPLY - in bullet form, how to view my sales - complete with the original listing info, going back 18 months.  I need to trace three separate auctions.

The only way I know of is this but you won't be able to see original listing info of orders older then 90 days..
Click on Manage paid and shipped orders
Click the column that says 90 days and change it to custom
Next adjust the calendar for the dates you want to see.

For listings older that 90 days you won't be able to see the original listings because they would have been deleted.

Set the date parameters (Custom) and scroll down to see the sales/listings for that period...probably a few pages worth...

I think this might work for you other than downloading an excel sheet.....

Are you familiar with your Seller Hub.  There is a ton of information in there.  All separated so you can find it easily once you get yourself familiar with it.

That link may help you.  Just change the Period to be what you need.  That is a pretty simple way to find it.  If that doesn't serve your needs, just let us know and I'll try to give you other options as we have a few for finding this kind of information now.
