@eye_of_the_tiger Any fb I try to look at: circle goes round and round and says loading. If I let it go, I get a sad face and

Oh, that. Yes, I had the same problem. But do you have the eBay app?

@eye_of_the_tiger I'm on my desktop computer, not a device. It was working fine before they started messing with the avatars, view listings, and fb #s. Yes, I have the app on my phone but don't view the community on my phone.

While it is true that Americans do not use the term "petrol" the OP is right to use it since he ships worldwide, and "petrol" is the accepted term.
On the other hand "bits" while technically accurate, has a subtext of "broken". Exchange that word for "pieces" which doesn't have that problem. (English is hard, because so many languages were used to make it.)
Most of those Terms and Conditions are covered by eBay's normal policies. One or two are actually not allowed. Just drop it all, and as others have said, give more information about the product in your Description.
Remember that half your potential customers are shopping on a phone.

Hmm…did some research, it looks like another eBay glitch…perhaps it will go away…it might just work on the app only, and not on the website…

Certain feedback links are broken, such as if you go directly from the community page to the feedback page using the feedback number shown in a user's post.
Example of a broken link:
http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=evry1nositswindy
If you use the "View listings" link, then follow the link to the user's profile page by clicking on the username, and then go to the feedback page from there, it should work.
Working link:

I think the key difference here is that the bad link is attempting to make a call to a Dynamic Link Library named eBayISAPI.dll to use a Library call named ViewFeedback, passing in the User ID of evry1nositswindy for a lookup. Something in that operation is hanging or failing, causing the whole call to eventually time out.
The working link is doing a different operation to get the same data, and is not trying to make a DLL call. It looks like someone has botched a round of revisions to the DLL that we cannot see, and hopefully someone is working on that (or at least rolling back the failed update).
P.S. I do see that the problem link is not making a Secure Socket Layer connection (i.e. it shows "http://" instead of "https://" at the beginning of the link), but I tried it both ways, and that didn't seem to make a difference.

Besides everything else that everyone has mentioned, you cannot ask Buyers for their
phone numbers in your listings. Also, your listings state you only accept PayPal. I'm not
sure that's the case anymore with Managed Payments.

The following are not allowed:
- Photos that don't accurately represent the item
- Placeholder images used to convey messages
- Stock photos for used, damaged, or defective items
- Photos with added borders
- Photos with added text, artwork or marketing material
- Watermarks of any type, including those used for ownership attribution
It is very important to learn the policies that govern the site. Ebay can drop your listings in Search order, or impose a variety of other restrictions that can affect a seller’s bottom line, when rules get broken.
Seems there was a big eBay push on that back a year or so ago, but what I have read they backed off on that policy, and it is not enforced. I may be out of date about the situation if there have been any changes after that previous "back off".

That's funny **bleep** right there now🤣🤣🤣

Took a shot at using "Opera" browser rather than firefox.
Could not get to feedback there either, but at least the failure notification came up faster 😊

Try going to the user's profile page first -- the feedback link there should work.

Plus Ebay gives you the buyers phone number anyway as part of the purchase details. You also get an email link to the buyer although that goes away after 14 days.

Buyers are allowed to use Paypal and Managed Payments accepts it.
But sellers cannot use Paypal to process payments any more, only Managed Payments.
