SPENDABLE FUNDS

This "SPENDABLE FUNDS" that keep popping up saying I is got XX  to spend.  They ain't actually giving me anything is they??     Just offering me an option to spend on FEEBAY as opposed to have that $ sent to my bank.    I could not imagine a place as greedy and underhanded actually giving back something to sellers

Not only that...but using your "spendable funds" basically gives you only 30 days to ask for a refund through eBay on estimated day of delivery. Not everyone uses eBay Shipping Labels. I don't use them.

And you can't do a dispute with a credit card which is 180+ days.

@rosemary6525 Very shrewd of you to realize that.  Any "offer" that limits your spending to the company store and that obligates you to the arrangement forever with no option to terminate would elsewhere be called a scam.

I was wondering where my payouts were going!  Can you really NOT opt out of this?  I never signed up for it in the first place. Werre we just automatically put in and they figure making it impossible to get out was a good thing for THEM?
