How is a returning customer who you have spoken with(messaging) that has sought out a specific item from your shop considered "sold via promoted listings"?

Perhaps you could create a secondary ID offering the same, though unpromoted, merchandise to prevent your future organic sales from being unwittingly penalized?

They clicked on one of your promoted listings and come back and bought it within 30 days.

The cookie will last 30 days, so if they buy it within that time, it's sold under the promoted listings.

Have a great day

100% of my listings are promoted 100% of the time, yet I make about 50% of my sales without promoted listings. I would think if I send someone to my store to buy an item that it's organic.
