Not sure who does QA on this app anymore, but you have some serious problems. I sold an item 2 weeks ago and it is still showing on my home page to ship. However, it isn't even on my selling page to ship and it's on my Shipped page as being delivered. The quality of this app has gone downhill in the last few years and has charged more money from sellers to sell their items. 12.5% is an eighth of an item that you are charging now...ridiculous. Maybe you should start listening to your sellers more.
