It looks that you haven't sold anything in more than a year. Did you sign up for managed payments with Payoneer? You need to attach your bank account to Payoneer so you can get paid. You will be treated as a new seller as well, which means any funds will be held up to 30 days. I don't know if that applies to the UK, you may want to inquire, but that's how it works here in the US.
