I have an expensive item listed and I keep receiving the same offer from a "known" scammer and I keep deleting his offer.  I know that you are not supposed to actually name the specific person on these boards but how do you report it if you cannot  specify their name? 

Also, it is an automatic flag if someone offers you a couple hundred more than your asking price?

Yes of course it's a red flag when an offer is more than the asking price.

Have you put this member's ID on your blocked bidders lsit?

If a buyer asks you to text, email, or phone them never do it.
They are not allowed to do that and neither is the seller.
