Did you mean:

SCAM

warning new scam!

bunch of buyer bidding on your items seemingly unconnected

they buy stuff and pay through PP-and they pay top $$$$ ....on average about 20%more than I expected per item ...after while one by one comming out claiming non delivery

even when tracking shows otherwise

eBay off course sides with scammers awards each of them refund

nothing helps ..tracking..signature of delivery..scan of courier mails ..delivery conformations..

one buyer even posts on line my product for sale in another country for extra $$$$ profit -I point out that ad which runs on line to eBay rep. only to get most idiotic replay in return...wonder who are these people assessing my account ..where do they find them..?

to all my mails eBay reps just sends  usual condescending  copy/paste run-a-round idiotic replays and then just stops replaying at all -when I caught them lying thats is

meanwhile ''buyers'' go back and forth just taking a p@#ss..first they claim non delivery..then not as described item and want to return stuff I never sold ..etc

Just plain madness

fortunately info from another ebay mamber helps me connect  dots ..2 of my 4 ''buyers'' belong to the same internet forum probably others too..so  looks like they hatch this new scam on that forum (at least new to me )to gang up on me ..and mos def on other too..so watch out

If you have all of this information and it was viewable online and uploaded to the INR case, then what details are you leaving out?

Did you agree to ship to an address different than the one that came with the payment? Was the package re-directed at any point?

Re: SCAM

Just another chills and thrills day on Ebay with possible scam artists. Know what you have to do to present your case properly to Ebay so they can help.

Re: SCAM

Good point--have read some posts here where packages are getting scammed using a re direct by the buyer. In that case, again, get the postmaster to retrieve the info to find out WHO re directed the package. Also, never ship to an address other than the PP verified address and do not change it unless it is documented on PP that that change has been made PRIOR to shipping the package.

Re: SCAM

The OP is in Serbia, I doubt USPS's intranet is going to help much.

I'm assuming their tracking wasn't viewable online, hence their losing the INRs

Re: SCAM

It's possible that the rep saw that the tracking showed delivered and close the case. In cases like that you have to get the official intranet tracking details and send that as an attachment to Ebay. Many scammers are betting on the fact that a lot of sellers do not know to do this after a case has been found in favor of the buyer IF they have used a re direct scam. Find out if the package was re directed.

And unless the Op sold two items to the same person, they did not sell anything over $750 so they had no need for SigCon

Re: SCAM

If you have online viewable tracking that shows delivery, you need to enter that number into the case for you to win the case.

Have you provided Ebay with an official USPS, FED EX ,etc intranet tracking details which you can obtain from the postmaster and upload to Ebay? This info shows exactly where, including address, name of recipiet where the package went.

From some reports, that is NOT 'online, viewable' documentation of delivery - therefore, not acceptible.  It has been said that the ebay response may be, 'Well, anybody can fake that', if it gets past the fact 'Intranet' isn't publically online and viewable.

Not saying 'NO' doesn't mean 'YES'.

The only way you would not win a case at least initially is if the item was delivered to the wrong address and this was documented with the intranet tracking which clearly tells where the package has been delivered. Postmasters can give you this info upon request.  SCAMMERS CANNOT GET AWAY WITH THAT ONE. All you need to do is upload the intranet tracking details directly from USPS.FED EX etc to Ebay. Once they have that then they know EXACTLY where packages have been delivered.

Yes, the Postmaster can check the GPS and know exactly where the item was delivered.

eBay only accepts online viewable tracking. They will not accept uploaded documents.

Re: SCAM

eBay rep just lied to me

over and over again and yes tracking shows delivery but ebay rep says I delivered my item 300km away from the buyers address-he/she lied of course -I send them google map showing precise delivery and on line  tracking is visible with mails conformation from shipper etc  etc EVERYTHING +....signature of the person who signed at the company for my parcel ....

as I said they just wanted to refund this guy period..most likely its someone they personaly know-I noticed that with paypal too some people activly obstruct whole processand going extra mile to refund buyers even if its obvious that buyer is a scammer  ...I think lots of people working at eBAY and PP are crimminals or connected with criminals ..they  are friends of people scamming they even pass details of customers  such as name , address, email address etc so they can phish mails and send false links etc....thats no secret...but I have something better -

So I already posted and explained scam from buyer  from overseas who  is selling item he stole from me and eBy protected him...now I have one other mind boggling  example of eBay crminality

couple of days ago I received mail from ebay french customer service person asking me to help my buyer filling missing parcel report with his post office because allegedly he did not get it (tracking shows delivery to him!)..ok so this idiot person from ebay is asking me to help my buyer to fill out claim form for missing parcel and asking about parcels insurance?!!!! **bleep**?!..in other words asking me to file false report to claim that parcel is lost so we can get insurance money??...

how sick is that??..any thought about that ??

Re: SCAM

not always true.  just last week i just had a $65 item that tracking proved was delivered. the buyer opened a case And even had the nerve to claim that the item could not have been delivered to " a individual " ( thats what tracking stated) because his address was a post office.  I looked up his address and it was in fact a residence in that a PO Box or a post office in general .  I supplied eBay with the tracking. I contacted the buyer and asked him to explain what he meant that his address was a post office when a quick search showed it was actually a residence. I felt I had nothing to worry about because tracking showed the item had been delivered. The next day $65 was deducted from my account and given to the buyer. EBay never even cared that he had a verifiable lie  in his own statement.

I called eBay told them I was furious. They opened an appeal for me and even though on the phone I was told that I had done everything right and I would be getting my money back I so far cannot tell that the funds have been reversed back to me and the only message is that the appeal has been closed and never stated it was closed in my favor.  I  have yet to look into it any further but I intend to .

And then two days ago I have a Nother claim open where again tracking shows the item has been delivered. The buyer claimed that no one was at the building when the package was delivered so it could not have possibly been delivered even though the tracking claims it was delivered. Seeing I had just lost the case  I thought I was certain to win I am dubious as to how this will turn out. The last I heard the buyer has been given more time to prove that the item was never delivered.

SO DONT DEPEND ON EBAY NO MATER WHAT THEY TELL YOU.  make sure you check into everything.

Re: SCAM

Having this same problem lately. I sell rare perfume. Buyers or should I say scammers bought perfume from me and claimed that they did not receive the item. Then changed their reason to item not as described. Some says perfume has been opened, or they received the perfume with no cap . FYI I only sell sealed, brand new perfume. Recently,  a buyer claimed that I sent a 0.85 fl oz perfume and not 40ml as advertised. I didn't have stock of the 0.85 fl oz. How could that be possible?

I documented my shipment from packaging till the end. Still I received email from ebay asking me to provide full refund? EBay has becoming a really bad marketplace for seller. They are abvioisly breeding scammer.
