However, you should be aware that eBay does not use Feedback to assess your selling account. You will have no penalty for having a neg.
It does have an effect on the few buyers who read it, and you can leave a Response to any feedback, your own or a customer's. Responses don't have to be positive and can be left indefinitely.
The most effective Responses are calm and professional.
Responses draw attention to negative feedback.
You can contact the customer and ask him to revise the feedback. I would suggest that the request be combined with an offer to refund in full (stop pouting! this is business not personal) on RETURN of the watch.
If he does this and you refund promptly on RETURN eBay will be more willing to remove the FB since members who lose Disputes cannot leave FB.
Do NOT refund without a return.
The refund does not guarantee that an unhappy customer will remove feedback if he is still annoyed.
But get the watch back and resell it.
