Does Ebay/Paypal plan to suspend services, buying and selling, to accounts in Russia and Belarus after the invasion of Ukraine? Or do they have to wait till governments make them do what conscience should have made them do?

All transactions to and from Russia should be immediately stopped.  Do it now eBay!

Sanctions in place should also cover sales of product from Russia either via eBay of other sources. Ebay could be exposed to large fines for non-compliance.

Paypal has already suspended Russia. They are a separate company though.

eBay will wait to be told what to do by the govt.
