Router Problem

Now, My old router change. So i want to re start my ebay selling. 

So, I use new mobile router now. So, Is this risky for my selling account ? 

Because new router has a new ip address.

friend tell me something about this problem.

If you're worried about security use a VPN, unless they are illegal in Sri Lanka like PayPal for payments.

Since you can't use Pay Pal to receive money, you can't sell here until you have a way to be paid.

You just might have trouble logging in. But once you've solved that, you might have to change your password and prove that it's you through 2 step verification, then no.
