Roll offs reverting to 14-Day Return

Is anyone else having this problem?  When listings of mine roll off without a sale and I then go to relist my 30-day seller pays return policy has been reverted to a 14-day buyer pays?  Last week I listed without realizing at first but was then able to bulk edit the listings.  

Today I just went to relist and took care of before I submitted, but again like last week the fields had been changed.  Just creates and extra step for me and it would be easier if it didn't do this.  This is something relatively new.  Anyone else?

Not happening to me; my templates are intact. I do have a few listings intentionally at 14 days rather than 30 days, but all are "buyer pays return shipping."
