Hello,
While attempting to leave a positive feedback for my buyer, I mistakenly hit the "paste" button and left details of a different issue in the feedback space rather than a positive comment. My hand was faster than my brain as I clicked away. I do not see a way to request a revision and have searched many articles to no avail. How do I change the feedback I left for my buyer? Please advise if you know. Thank you!

There is no way to revise seller feedback left for a buyer that I'm aware of. The buyer could potentially contact eBay customer support and they might remove it if it's negative wording, but that could result in penalties for you. I'd suggest leaving it alone.

Nothing negative in the wording and I have messaged eBay explaining my error. Can the buyer request a revision from me and if so, how?

eBay doesn't have a revision for positive feedback.
FYI....That feedback you left sounds like you were using feedback to communicate with whomever that feedback was meant for.
Feedback page is not for communication purposes.

It was a feedback revision request of my own that I had saved from earlier.

That was the wording I used on the eBay form when I requested revision of my own from a buyer.

You could leave a follow up to say you are sorry and briefly explain that obviously this was a mistake. If your wrong feedback hadn't been so long, I wouldn't recommend drawing more attention to it, but your buyer deserves an apology and it's so long you can't easily miss it anyway.

I immediately reached out to the buyer and explained my mistake. They were gracious and kind. In addition, I have posted a follow-up comment explaining the issue.
