Returns

A buyer requested to return an item to me.  Now they say they are having trouble printing the return label and want me to resend the label.  How do I do that?  Is this even a legitimate request?  Couldn't they just go back to their messages or emails and print the label?

They should be able to "reprint" the label from ebay.

If the label was provided by eBay,  the buyer needs to go back into the return request or email eBay sent them and print the label.
