I sold a Vitamix. Customer wants to return, saying motor is "weak". It worked perfectly fine when I shipped it, but I am willing to take it back and refund her. Question, am I responsible for the return shipping. Thanks.

yes you will need to send a return label

If customer return gave reason as "not as described/defective" then you are responsible for all shipping costs.

Looking at your Vitamix listing from sale date 9-2, your terms for returns is buyer pays return shipping. However, if the buyer opened a case stating the item was “not as described”, then you as the seller are on the hook for the return shipping.
