Newer to selling & trying to figure out how to have a returned item sent back to me & then return the money back to buyer after item is received.  Can I do that? How? Thanks!

Buyer has to initiate a return.

You accept the return and provide the buyer with a return shipping label.

When the return tracking shows the item was returned to you,

ebay gives you 3 days (i believe) to refund the buyer or they will refund the buyer for you.

Does your buyer want to return the item?  Or are you just suggesting they return the item?  What exactly is the problem?  What has your buyer said?  All important questions.
