Returning and refund

Hi someone bought a dress from me and wants to return it because it had a little bit of dog hair on it that I hadn't noticed. She has said she will rerurn it if I pay the postage. My return policy is that the buyer pays the postage. What do I do and what do I say to her?

I'm new to selling and would appreciate some help on how to handle this.

Thank you in advance.

Returning and refund

If she opens a case, that is a not as described item, and you will lose. If you dont respond with a return label and refund after return, you will receive a defect and probably negative feedback.

Returning and refund

Apologize profusely, send the return label and refund IN FULL when you get the dress back.

The easier you are to offend the easier you are to control.

You can't have your own return policy. No matter what your return policy is, you have to follow ebay's return policy which is...

A "remorse" (i changed my mind) return:

If your policy is no returns, you do not have to accept a remorse return.

If you do accept a remorse return,  the buyer has to pay the return shipping.

A "not as described" return:

Even if your policy is no returns, you still must accept a not as described return.

The seller has to pay the return shipping.

Good luck!
