My account has established for over three months. And my current seller level is above standard. I don't have a late shipment and transaction defect at all. I made around 100 sales in the past three months, 100% positive feedback. But I am still ineligible for promoted my listing, any suggestion?
Every time the seller hub directs me to this link https://pls.ebay.com/plsweb/ineligible , I'm so confused.
