When I informed him he'll need to pay for shipping again, he doesn't understand why.
Does this really need to be explained?
Maybe I should just refund him (less shipping) and be done with it.

Laptop has a corporate update loading (so far over an hour), so trying this from my phone and do not have photoshop on my phone, only paint, so trying to not post my actual account, order number, addy, etc.
This is an order from January 19th - I do not always print out both sheets any longer, but on this one, I did for some reason. I think because it was a Zero FB buyer for a high-value item and I was hoping for apple pay. I have had so few orders after Christmas and we have the 1 acct on vacation mode working thru vinyl and lego inventory. Have not had an order for over a week now - guess there could be a very recent change?

BTW - I am only going to leave that up for a short time, in case some savy seller can glean the item some how and my ID. lol
No clue. If it is not meant to work, why the is box to check to obtain the data still in the customize settings? My guess is it a glitch of some sort if you are not seeing it?

Reminds me of the customer that left me negative feedback because they admittedly forgot to update their address. Oh yes, got that feedback removed in a flash!
