Return shipping label

I’ve searched everywhere trying to contact a real person eBay but have found myself here. Can anyone tell me how I can find a return shipping label when someone has requested a return I am the seller and my buyer says they can’t find it anymore and eBay is not giving me any way to find it either

Did the buyer opened a case to return item?   Buyer has to request the return through ebay and a label will be provided to buyer.  buyer has to do is to print it out.. If you have free return the cost will be taken from your account.

They did request a return, and so I went through with the refund request and refunded it. From what the buyer has told me, they saw the shipping label for a second and then when they went back into eBay, the refund was issued, and the shipping label was gone, and now they can’t find it

Sounds like once you refunded the purchase, there is no longer an expectation for the buyer to return the item to you, so the label disappeared.

Sorry, if you refunded, the case is closed and the buyer won't get a return label.

@flukeyport27 They have been refunded. The label is gone.

If they are willing to return, you can purchase another label via the sold transaction reversing the to/from, and send them a copy of that label.

If the label does not get used it can later be voided.
