I need to return an item ( not as described.) The seller is in the US and I am in Canada. Seller cant print a return slip, instead asked me to print a Ebay return slip and will reimburse. I didnt know you can do that, nor do I know how...Anyone?

Did you open a return via eBay for INAD?
It should give you a label to print.. I think that still applies for Canada.

Well I'm flying blind here on the Canada part but your seller should be able to go to the case, accept the return and there should be a link to issue you a return label. That will auto gen a label for you to print via eBay.
Is this an inexperienced seller?
You can always purchase return shipping on your own but prior to doing that I would check the cost, send that info to the seller and ask that they send the money to your PP account.
Once item is returned, if seller did the full refund (even if forced by eBay) there isn't an area to request additional $$ for the return label so you could get screwed on that.

Just hung up on a Ebay rep because she was so useless. Trying to explain the situation. It was like she was talking to someone else with a different concern. Im finding it harder and harder to converse with eBay reps. If its not in their response book, their clueless. Must be a cutting measure to just staff with just anyone that can read. No Brains required... LOL

Return shipping for buyers

There is no such thing as a return label from Canada but you could print a label or get a price from the CP calculator and let them know how much it will be so that they can send you money through PP BEFORE you mail the item back. Since you are already in a transaction you are allowed to exchange PP email addresses.
Or, the seller could go to Shippo.com and print a CP label there and then send you the .PDF

eBay does not handle any international return labels.

Thanks, admittedly I was flying blind on the Canada part..
I did suggest getting the price, requesting the payment from the seller to their eBay account and then shipping.
I will make a note on the return label for international for the future.. Thank you
Seems odd however, eBay can process the label for a seller to ship.. Seems the reverse would work too.. /shrugs

We had Fed Ex destroy a large package and could not send the customer a return label through E-bay. Seems like E-bay needs to fix this issue for sellers.
