Payment for his return shipping is just sitting in Pay Pal as he has not
responded to the money. Trying to wind down the time , I think ,so he
can get the double reward.
This is a transaction between Canada and the usa, so I cant just print a
USA shipping slip to send to Canada. I excepted the return as not as
described
