I used the label provided, returned and delivery confirmed by UPS tracking.
Oddly, the use of the eBay return label did not automatically upload to the return request.
The item was to have been refunded 3 days after delivery. It was delivered back to the seller Thursday, July 27. It is now Aug 1.
The status of the return keeps showing like I did not print the label or use it but of course I did.
There has been no refund. This was an item 6" shorter than described. The veil did not cover my neck at only 53". It was advertised as being 59". I provided pictures with my return request of course.
I cannot reach eBay through the Contact Us feature.
Neither does the return drop down menu show the "ask eBay to step in" option.
In fact, it says the item cannot be returned at this time. It has displayed that message even though it shows the return request is active.
The only action available to me through the request is to contact the seller. I have done that, with screenshots of the delivery confirmation from UPS.
Can anyone please advise me what to do next? Thank you in advance.
