I have tried everything when i revise the listing its showing the Right Policy which is Seller pays for Return but when i view the listing its showing Buyer pays for Return Shipping. Due to that am not getting the Top Rated Seller Seal as well. Please help me.

have you sold 100 items with a value of $1000 in the last 12 months? those are basic TRS requirements. Also, since you are in India.......and probably sell world wide, you have to qualify in each country, rather than have a combination of sales in all countries, to meet the qualifications. In other words........you could be a TRS in the US, but not in the UK.......

OP's feedback profile page is showing that he is indeed a TRS.
I checked a couple of their listings and they show 1-day handling and "Buyer pays" returns. That is the problem stated in the OP: They tried to set their return policy to "seller pays" but their listings are showing "Buyer pays." This is either an eBay glitch or something related to international shipping.

Absolutely right......I looked at that feedback page a number of times and just completely missed the TRS.....apologies......
his last message (#14) says........30 days return policy (paid by seller), so I thought the buyer pays problem had been fixed.

Not all your listings are 1 day, I found some that are two days.
You do have the note for being a TRS on your feedback page. That's usually the only place you'll see it.
When you are setting up your listing, ^^^^^do you have your returns set like this?
This should show that you have free 30 day returns and seller pays.

First, as others have said there is NO trs badge on .com listings unless you meet all trs+ requirements. There is only a trs+ badge. There are trs badges showing on other sites such as on eBay.ca. On .ca the trs badge is forsellers that are in the ebay ‘global regions’.
My understanding is you are not seeing a badge because you are offering free domestic returns rather than free international returns.
Free returns must be based on your item's location in order for your listings to qualify for Top Rated Plus:
I realize that you don’t actually offer sales to anyone outside of the US but if you change your return policy to free international returns that might make a difference. You would have to experiment to see what an international buyer would see when looking at your listing. It’s not a good idea to advertise free returns when you don’t even ship there.
However, I’m not sure if the badge will show at all or if it will show to US buyers. According to eBay sellers outside of the US do not qualify for a discount. But it show the badge anyway, I just don’t know.
From the previous linked eBay page:
Please note, the 10% final value fee discount is only available to sellers resident in the country in which they're Top Rated. For example, if you're selling through eBay.com, you must be resident in the US to qualify for this discount.
this is a bit of a complicated subject so hopefully I have thought things out correctly.

@best-deal-supplies wrote:No am ok with TRS seal instead of TRS+ but that is also missing on all of my listing. About the Return policy thats what am trying to say in my return policy i have clearly opted (Free for Buyer you Pay) but that is not showing on my listings as you also mentioned the same.
I previously explained why the TRS + seal is NOT on your listings. You do NOT qualify for it.
The requirements to have TRS+ on your listings is as follows.
1. You must be a TRS
2. You must have a 1 day handling time
3. You must have a Free Return policy [30 days or more with seller pays shipping]
You can't get around those requirements. As I stated before, on the listings of yours I looked at, they did not qualify for TRS+.
You don't have to have all your listings qualify for TRS+. You can have one or more, but you don't have to have all of them qualify unless you want to.

Again, good luck to you!
There problem is simple. Their listings [at least the ones I looked at] did not qualify to have the TRS+ designation on them.

No they don't. Take a peek at the following.
These have a return policy of 30 days with Buyer Pays Shipping.

And I'm sure there is more.

@best-deal-supplies wrote:Yes i know TRS seal is not visible on my listing, its because return policy showing in listing is "Buyer pays for return shipping" and in my policy i opted (Free for Buyer you Pay). But i don't know why its not reflecting.
There is no such return policy on Ebay. It is either Free returns or it is Buyer pays shipping [and that is ONLY on properly filed Buyer Remorse returns].
