Return Policy Issue

Am a Top Rated Seller on Ebay but am not getting Badge due to Return policy showing in the Item is Showing Buyer Pays for Return, whereas in my Return Policy its shows Seller Pays the Return. I have tried everything when i revise the listing its showing the Right Policy which is Seller pays for Return but when i view the listing its showing Buyer pays for Return Shipping. Due to that am not getting the Top Rated Seller Seal as well. Please help me.

On your feedback page is where you see that you are TRS.  You buyers can see it there too.

If you are looking for the designation to show up on your listings and get the 10% discount on your FVFs, this is called TRS +, then you need to offer 1 day shipping and 30 days or more for returns with seller pays shipping, AKA Free Returns.

You currently have 2 day shipping, you would need to change that to 1 day.  And on the listings I looked at you have 30 day returns with buyer pays shipping.  So you'd have to change that as well to 30 day returns with seller pays shipping.

Your feedback is not stellar.  You have a 2 day delivery time on your items.  On your return policy, you have the buyer must return the item.  It should be the seller.  It also appears you may be drop shipping as you have stock photos for your items.  You will not be TRS until you abide by eBays platform of a TRS seller.

No am ok with TRS seal instead of TRS+ but that is also missing on all of my listing. About the Return policy thats what am trying to say in my return policy i have clearly opted (Free for Buyer you Pay) but that is not showing on my listings as you also mentioned the same.

Am a TRS seller you can check the same on my feedback page as mentioned that other seller above, and my Return policies says (Free for Buyer you Pay) even when i revise the listing i can see the same policy but its not reflecting any of my listings when buyer organically search.

Tried many times but as per them its showing Return Paid by Seller, I dont know what to do now.

There is no TRS 'seal' to look for on your listings. I mean... there is no 'TRS seal' on listings, period.

There is no TRS Seal.  TRS+ is the only thing that will show on your actual listings. The only place you'll really see "Top Rated Seller" is on Your about page: https://www.ebay.com/str/bestdealsuppliesshop?_tab=1

We've been Top Rated forever, but we only get the seal on TRS+ listings.

Yes i know TRS seal is not visible on my listing, its because return policy showing in listing is "Buyer pays for return shipping" and in my policy i opted (Free for Buyer you Pay). But i don't know why its not reflecting.

There is no TRS seal shown on listings.

As has been stated only TRS + has a seal shown.

There is no seal on listings for Top Rated Sellers.

You only see the seal on each listing if your listings are Top Rated Plus.

Ok Let me explain you this way Am a top rated Seller and i have 1 Business days shipping policy and 30 days return policy (paid by seller), now neither am getting TRS or TRS+ Seal. Please help me to understand what am i missing here.
