Restricted Account Confusion

So recently my account was put under a Perforance Review. I have no idea why, my only guess is that I: Listed items on ebay, Shipped them out on Time, and Recieved positive Feedback. So a hold was placed on my payments, all $750 of it... This was hours before my payout was to happen. It told me that my payments were available and scheduled to be payed and at the last second... Performance Review.. NOW, my account has been restricted and the way to resolve it is .... they say the way to resolve it is listed below in the letter, (which Im including,) but there is in fact nothing listed below it says nothing that they may need more information but dont tell me what it is

You sold new tech items so it's common of them to want receipts. Best to go to Facebook Ebay for Business and start a message there to get more info on your account.

Well may not be much you can do about this if you were not an authorized dealer of the sim cards you were selling.

Use the face book method of contacting eBay. Seems some info was not in your notice,

You are a new seller, and because you are selling new sim cards.  eBay wants to see receipts from where this cards came from.  I hope that you resolve this issues and get your money.  Like other people have pointed out, reach out to eBay for Business on Facebook.
