First of all, hello, my account was temporarily restricted and they asked to upload the tracking, but the problem is that I sell virtual items and also a gift card, where after the purchase I give them the codes via messenger, so I don't use the tracking, what should I do in this case, can someone advise me (I also want to mention that I have had no negative feedback)

There is nothing that the people here can do for you that are trying to help by offering or giving advice here on the community forums. We are not eBay, we are volunteers, not paid employees. Some of these people know very well how things work, some even better the eBay's customer service. You have been told what the rules are, that is all we can do. We cannot change anything that is going on.

So.. you need to show proof to eBay that you sent the item. But since you sent it in messages you can’t show proof of delivery, you are essentially out of luck there. Sorry.

Yes, eBay can hold your funds because your account is restricted or suspended.

You can't sell digital items that you don't own or have the rights to sell.
