First of all, hello, my account was temporarily restricted and they asked to upload the tracking, but the problem is that I sell virtual items and also a gift card, where after the purchase I give them the codes via messenger, so I don't use the tracking, what should I do in this case, can someone advise me (I also want to mention that I have had no negative feedback)

Circumventing the system by not sending a package with a tracking number will have adverse consequences for your selling account. You can't satisfy the request for tracking numbers.

Electronically delivered items policy

Electronically delivered goods can only be listed by eBay approved sellers and must follow our policy.

Due to the nature of electronically delivered goods, extra care needs to be taken to prevent intellectual property infringement and minimize risks for buyers.

What is the policy?
• Electronically delivered items that are not allowed, include:
°Software keys the seller is not authorized to sell
°Digital copies or codes of movies that were included as part of purchasing a physical movie item. The seller needs to include the physical disk with the sale of the digital copy or code

• Sellers need to be eBay approved to list electronically delivered items outside of the Everything Else > Information Products category
• Sellers not approved by eBay to list electronically delivered items need to list their items in the Everything Else > Information Products category in the classified ad format
• Exceptions to this policy include electronically delivered:
°Tickets
°Domain names
°Digital trading cards
°Online gaming virtual items
°NFTs (Non-fungible tokens) may be sold only when they follow the below requirements:
• Sellers must meet the selling requirements described in the Products with eligibility requirements policy
• NFTs cannot contain content that is adult-only in nature, infringes on intellectual property, or doesn't follow eBay policies
• The listing price cannot exceed $10,000 and may not use Auction format or Best Offer
• They may be listed only on the eBay site where the seller is located
• They must be listed in the correct NFT category and may not be listed in multiple categories
• They may not be sold in combination with a physical item, and the returns policy must be No Returns Accepted
• NFT minting services are not allowed

Terms and conditions for eBay approved sellers
Activity that doesn't follow eBay policy could result in a range of actions including for example: administratively ending or canceling listings, hiding or demoting all listings from search results, lowering seller rating, buying or selling restrictions, and account suspension. All fees paid or payable in relation to listings or accounts on which we take any action will not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.

Your feedback score means nothing. You are not authorized to sell virtual items on ebay because you do not own the rights to those virtual items, especially Roblox. You were violating Ebay policy and no doubt someone reported you for doing so. Not providing tracking for items is a fast ticket to suspensionville. Providing tracking is crucial as a seller and by not providing it is considered poor seller behavior. Most likely you will not get your account restored because of your many violations. Don't try to open another account to sell because Ebay will shut that one down as well. You can't sell one Ebay if you don't follow the rules. Sorry.

But there are more than a hundred buyers who sell similar products, I can't understand why mine was deleted, especially since all my buyers can confirm that they received the product.

Just because you see others selling items doesn’t mean it’s ok to sell items that are against policy it only means they haven’t been reported yet.

I don't understand, isn't it better for them to have more sellers, they get paid for it, it's just unfair . There is a demand for products, all my buyers were satisfied, it's time to give up

That doesn't make it right or permitted. They just haven't been caught...yet. I would be careful with Roblox. I have read they can come after you legally for selling their product. You don't want that to happen.

Don't do what others do...do what the rules say is permitted to do within the Ebay platform.

Are you authorized by Roblux to sell their products? Have you gotten permission from Roblux and eBay to sell those products on this platform?

@aristo_bloxstore You are in the country of Georgia........I have no idea whether you are posting items under US rules or European ones.......and no idea if other rules may apply ......

You might try posting on the Ebay for Business Facebook page........and see if they can help and or explain......

I think the way many comply with Ebay rules is to snail mail the information with tracking in addition to sending electronically......

No, when it can involve legal action...no it is not better. You are missing the point. When Ebay says you can't, you can't. They don't want the repercussions that can happen when someone illegally sells anothers product. Like lawsuits.
