Did you mean:

Respond to message with offer

Did they eliminate the "Respond with Offer" option on Ebay messages from buyers?

This option is not appearing on my Ebay messages received any longer.

I do not use/include the "Make an Offer" option on my listings but

did find the Respond with Offer option convenient at times &

did occasionally use that to respond to buyers.

Respond to message with offer

It is still showing on my initial messages, but if I get another message from the same potential buyer, then the offer box is no longer there.

See this thread from this morning:

See the Help Page link there and read about the conditions and limitations.

OK kids, time to get the Dodge loaded up again. I hear 'Poppy's By the Tree' calling. This trip might be a long one too.

Yes, the Send an Offer:  http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/private_offer.html

is what I am referring to but the Offer button/link is missing from my messages now.

That appears to be the issue.

I was responding to a buyer that had messaged me before.

It does now show on a test message that I sent myself, from my Buying account.

Yep. I just go back to the initial message and send from there.

Also you won't get that button if the listing they ASQ about is an auction.
