I recently received neutral feedback from a (3) transaction buyer (new to ebay apparently) about an issue with an item. Never contacted me prior to feedback and I was not aware of the issue when I sold the item. Would have been happy to refund. It was my daily cell phone so I was intimately aware of the function and never experienced what the buyer said the issue was. Regardless, I just want to publicly reply and don't see a respond to feedback option on my account feedback dashboard. Have searched for an answer and the option is not listed per ebay instructions.
Any recommendations would be appreciated. Done with newbie buyers btw! Grrrr.

All you have to do is go to the bottomo of your feedback page and in the right hand lower corner, click the reply to feedback link.
I attached a link and picture: https://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewPersonalizedFeedback
Hope this helps!

The "reply to received feedback" link is at the bottom of your feedback page.

Thank you. Will try again, but that option wasn't available for me.

Bump.
I am on the exact page as directed and followed the image you attached.
You have 4 options with one quick link being reply to received feedback (the one i want)
My selection available is ONLY 'Leave feedback' quick link. The 'reply to feedback received' along with the other 2 quick links below NON-EXISTENT. I'm logged in and everything- I don't get it.
This is insane I've been a member selling since 2004 its taken me over 30+ minutes trying to find an exact date of negative feedback to confirm the date it drops off after a year. I swear eBay is slower than me in terms of efficiency. Zero reason this should be gatekept from the seller and have to go over hurtles trying to be efficient.

Personally, I would let it go. Responding encourages further conversation and you might end up giving a partial refund or taking it back.

If you are talking about your two negative feedbacks, it appears you already responded so it won't allow you to again.
BTW: Since this is an old thread, it will be locked shortly. You might want to start one of your own to get more current information.
