Resolution should be re-implement because new system stinks

Change can be hard for some. I respect that. Many people like the changes as they can see their options better. But I respect that you don't like them. Below are ALL your options to contact Ebay Customer Service. You do have SEVERAL options.

On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

There is a phone service which is outsourced to semi-trained clerks in Utah and the Philippines.
There are actual employees assigned to social media who will work with members in a Chat, which is written and gives you a transcript.
The latter are better because:
You have to think about and explain clearly your problem
You have time to cool down
The agent can ask questions about your problem - notice how many of the posters here asked what the problem is , without getting an answer from you?
The agent has time to research the answer. Which does make the process slow.
You get a transcript of the Chat, which allows you to see if the answer you heard is actually the answer you were given.
