@12345jamesstamps yes, I understand the ? mark denotes that you were asking a question in the OP - but with zero context to go on, it was a question that no one here would have likely been able to provide any helpful answers to without the sheer luck that I had of recognizing the email text and being able to fill in the missing context myself.
Then, once the answer was given to you about how this is about PayPal and has nothing to do with eBay, you basically said you already knew that - which understandably might make some wonder if your question was asked in good faith since, why ask it the way you did if you already understood eBay and PayPal are separate and this notice came from PayPal, not eBay?
No harm, no foul, and not being demeaning, just suggesting that providing a little bit of context up front might help you get better reactions and more helpful answers in the future - regardless of what others may or may not do in their own posting here.
