Resell Button

I notice that when I look at my purchase history there is now a resell button. I have not tried it yet as I rather re-advertise and not use previous information.

Big blue button, front and center.

I saw that today too--in my Purchases on an order of bubble wrap that I received yesterday.

It made me wonder what % of eBay purchases are resold.  Enough to justify the programming required to add that button?

Well they waste money removing features that we use and love, so money may not be an object.

   I don't know how long it's been there but I'm already used to it.  Maybe the "powers that be" (AI?) noticed that I buy alot and never sell.

  Just a thought as to why it seems new to some sellers but not to me............... 

   Edit: Maybe because i am patient and wait to get good deals on vintage/antique items, the aforementioned powers prompt me to sell because profit might be assumed to be my motive?

But there's no discrimination on what purchases the button is applied to, it's on everything, even ebay supplies.

If I DO buy on here to resell it's usually a BULK purchase that I resell in singles.

I tried it and didn't see any difference between it and sell one like this.  How did this benefit you over what was already available?

   I don't sell so I don't know.  I was just noting that I don't think it's all that new and that maybe AI thought I might want to sell because I never do.....

It's a short cut - they've copied this from Poshmark who has a re-posh button. That's all.

I agree.   Seems the same as the "sell one like this" function.
