Hi everyone,
My name is Irfan Ahmed, and my eBay username is iandsexpress193. I’m truly hoping someone here can offer guidance or point me in the right direction.
Recently, my account I and S Express was suddenly restricted, and I’m honestly feeling overwhelmed and confused. I’ve always tried my best to follow eBay’s rules, to be a responsible seller, and to maintain good standing. This account means a lot to me, not just financially, but because I’ve put time, effort, and care into building trust with my buyers.
The issue came up very quickly, and I haven’t been able to get a clear explanation about what exactly went wrong. I’m not here to blame anyone; I just want to understand what happened and what I can do to fix it. I’m fully eager to comply with every policy, provide any documents needed, and correct any mistakes immediately if I made any. I just need the chance to do so.
It’s difficult because this account helps support my responsibilities, and losing it out of nowhere has been stressful. I’m hoping someone from the eBay team or a knowledgeable community member can guide me on the correct next step so I can resolve this the right way.
Thank you to anyone who takes the time to read this. I truly appreciate it.

Unfortunately, a permanent restriction is extremely hard to have eBay reverse. You will need to pursue selling on other venues if you plan to continue selling. You can certainly try reaching out to eBay but again, make plans to do your business elsewhere because even if your account is reinstated it will have some pretty stiff restrictions on it.

Not again, stop!
You have been told numerous times what your issues were / are, apparently you're not even reading the replies but every so often (about once a week or so) you post another thread of the same content, perhaps the ID's are different.
Perhaps, if you are legit, you should pay attention to your buyer's negative feedback:

Requesting Help With Permanent Restriction on My Account
From what I have read from other sellers in your situation, "permanent" generally means ther is nothing you can do.
I haven’t been able to get a clear explanation about what exactly went wrong
eBay will never give you a clear explanation of why they restrcited your account. But they should have given you a general reason in the message they sent telling you that you were suspended. What did it say?

Your feedback from your buyers explains what went wrong.

I read a lot of your negatives and neutrals and it doesn't sound like you have tried to be a responsible, caring seller. Have you even read your negative and neutral feedback? Did you not realize you can't treat buyers like this?
Complaints include a lot of wrong item sent (sold one size, shipped a smaller size), shorted shipments, i.e. selling as a 2-pack or 3-pack and only shipped one item, poor packing so item arrived damaged, a lot of cancelled orders, drop shipping, not responding to customers messages.
All of those poor reviews may not have caused your restriction, but they may have been the icing on the cake. eBay does not like unhappy buyers.
