I requested a year-to-date report on all my sales, and the report came back with no data. This, despite the fact that my 90-day total shows nearly $1500. Getting assistance is impossible. Yes, there is a Contact Us page, but my issue is not covered in any of the options. Does anyone know how to contact eBay regarding reporting issues?

Have you verified that you requested the correct date range?
I tried requesting a report once and did not see the start and end date settings at the time I submitted the request, and the default setting was to both start and end on the current date. The result was no data.
When contacting eBay, choose the closest available subject to your question to ensure you get the right department. Then use the "Contact us" link to reach the chat assistant and request a chat with an agent or a call back.

I was just going to say that this usually happens when the data inputted is incorrect.
