I sent this message; Hello, ebay, this buyer She told my listing does not match and I can tell this is a total lie, then she returned the two bottles totally empty, when I have a return policy not accepting food supplements can be returned and she claiming a refund, then she tried to order the same 2 bottles on my amazon selling, but I did recognized the name, please investigate this person because clearly she use to do this buying practices.
Best Regards
My question is, how can we block these type of buyers???

First, you're not allowed to post the username here, that will be edited out by the mods. Second, you can't block buyers like that in advance because there's nothing about them to know to block. Third, you don't know she's lying and not simply had some other type of problem, but eBay also doesn't care and you pretty much have to accept all returns, then consider appealing after the fact if you have some proof of a problem (but returning empty bottles might not qualify, depending on the details).
Also, you're aware you're not addressing eBay here, but rather other buyers and sellers?

I ordered men's vitamins and got women's vitamins by mistakes from Amazon.
Mistakes do happen when using a third party.
Unless you personally shipped the items by yourself at home how would one know it was not a mistake?
