I have a competitor who has been reporting my listings. I think it's him because some people in his top watch list have had it happen. I know at least 2 of the users in that watch list. I believe to root out his competition he is going in and reporting random items as counterfeit or something. Several high dollar items have been listed and within hours removed because someone reported it. What can or should I do?

It could be the VERO owner that is scanning listings on eBay and flagging you. Are you selling authentic items, or do you just believe them to be authentic? For example, what are you trying to sell and where did you acquire the inventory?

Without knowing more, no one can give an intelligent response.....
What were the items, what reason did ebay give for taking them down.......????
You "think" you know what's going on but no way to be sure..........

I sell all kinds of stuff. From baby formula to kitchen faucets. I understand the VERO program and abide by it. The thing is that this guy has been reporting listings as counterfeit. This has been happening on multiple listings. Getting my listings removed. I used to work for the guy doing his ebay and now I believe he is reporting my listings. It may be better for me to just call ebay and ask them to look into this.

The only reason that was given is that the listing had been reported and removed in a nutshell.
