     You are past eBay's deadline (30 days) to file an Item Not Received. You can however open a chargeback with your credit card company stating that the ordered item has never been received.

You shouldn't have closed the case if you didn't receive the item yet.

Did the seller "promise" to send your item if you closed the case?

There isn't anything you can do on Ebay now, you simply waited too long.  But I'm curious, if you never received the item, why would you file for a Return Request?  Why didn't you file an INR [item not received]?

We seem to be missing some important details about this transaction.
