I have been repeatedly reporting specific items for prohibited content every time they get relisted for months now and they keep coming back.
To give an example, search "comic book sketch cover". There are numerous images of inappropriate content according to ebay's own policy about Adult Items, "Nudity and sexually-oriented material are only permitted in the Adult Only category".
I do not refer to the images of people in tight clothing or ones showing cleavage. I specifically refer to the ones showing full frontal nudity, sexual intercourse, and violent **bleep** scenes.
I have been reporting these using ebay's own Report Item form but I see them relisted over and over. Am I missing something here or does ebay simply not care? Are there no consequences to the seller?

Don't try to police this site. It isn't your job and they don't care.

OK kids, time to get the Dodge loaded up again. I hear 'Poppy's By the Tree' calling. This trip might be a long one too.

Ebay simply doesn't have the time to investigate every report they receive. Some listings will get pulled, while others will not. It doesn't mean it's right or wrong, not everyone will get caught. Btw, I did a search for "comic book sketch cover" and found no explicit full frontal nudity or violent scenes. Maybe ebay noticed your reports and took the listing(s) down?

Ebay will only act if they get complaints from multiple people. You can flood their inbox with complaints, but if you're the only one you'll be ignored. Disgruntled sellers will report their competition trying to take them down, that's why individual complaints are ignored.
We seem to be getting closer and closer to a situation where nobody is responsible for what they did but we are all responsible for what somebody else did. - Thomas Sowell
