Neither. Use this tool and find out what needs to be fixed. If you copy/pasted from somewhere you probably have an embedded link in the HTML that needs removal.

Sometimes innocent text such as a part number or an "@" can trigger the scanners.
Sometimes text can be similar to JavaScript commands. I recall one real estate listing where the offending "active content" text was: "Location. Location. Location."
If you have not already done so, try checking your listing using this:

I ran the scan- you have 44 listings that need fixing with the target=blank designation.
You have one listing with 7 external links to Wikipedia- it looks like you copy/pasted some Wiki content into the Filipinos chocolate bar listing.

I’ve had a problem copying and pasting information. I’ve learned to paste plain text if bringing in outside info.

Thank you! That's is the listing in question. Strange that just TEXT would trigger that.
I was planning to getting rid of that wikipedia text anyways.

You're welcome. It's not just text triggering it. eBay is only displaying plain text to buyers- but if you go to the HTML tab of the description box you'll see that the links are there in the code and eBay is requiring you to fix it by removing them.
The other 44 listings also need to be fixed by adding the target info on the HTML tab. Use the tool from ShipScript that's linked in my above post- there are instructions to walk you through the fixes.
