Listings are removed when they don't comply with DOE (Dept of Energy) energy standards.
If you check eBay's policy page here, it links to the DOE info.
The following types of electronic equipment are not allowed:
- Light bulbs in the home that do not meet energy efficiency standards defined by the Department of Energy, including incandescent and halogen light bulbs

More cowbell. I saw those guys when they were still doing their lazer light show in the Las Vegas Convention Center (No longer exists). Clouds of fog with lazrs intersecting each other forming all sorts of things.

Yes, I had some halogen bulbs pulled awhile back. I believe there are other bulbs, perhaps the old school incandescent bubs, that are also not allowed to be listed. I haven't checked the list in quite awhile. I only list specialty type vintage bulbs, but they are rather few and far between to find.
