This is actually a first for me.
A buyer wanted to cancel a shipment because she found it cheaper when it was already on her doorstep. I told her to give it to the carrier refused and unopened.
So where do I go from there when it comes back (priority package)
What is the procedure provided for that?

Well, whatever, you guys believe what you want.
Refused packages track back to the seller, and would eventually show delivered back to the seller. Herman, on the Money Back Guarantee Team said if the item showed back up within the sellers return timeline and their policy was returns accepted the buyer would be covered. If their policy was no returns they would lose protection. You don't have to believe me if you don't want to.

Wanting to believe you has nothing to do with it.
I want to believe that ebay would enforce their own policy.
