Refunding a buyer

I sold a shirt and want to give the buyer a $5.00 refund.  How do I do this ?

Go to "Orders" top of page in your seller hub.  Click "all orders"  find the item you sold and click on the little arrow pointing down.  That will open all your options including  sending a refund.
