I've had an account here for miscellaneous purchases here for some time, but decided to dig through my belongings and try to sell a few items, so I'm unaware of the ins and outs of selling here.
I had a buyer who contacted me after putting payment through because he missed a crucial detail on an item, which made him no longer interested. I refunded him through PayPal, and waited through the weekend. The PayPal refund went through, but I cannot cancel the sale. I have gotten the same: "You can't cancel this order quite yet." error I've gotten since he initially wanted to cancel his purchase.
What can I do to finalize the cancellation and relist my item?
